It's that time again!
Playing with resistance bands with @dan preece for the first time. Bar weight was 140kg (penultimate set, finished at 160 ) the bands added around 180kg at the top. Not the best form I know! But I had done 3 sets before this and this was one of my final exercises on back. But still the thickness in my back is coming a long way, can't wait to see what next year brings after my bulk
