Japanese Braised Radish. Interesting right? I know. What went inside? Japanese Radish, Japanese Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sake (optional ), Dashi Stock, Sugar and water. Simmered till soft and tender, set aside for the flavours to be totally infused in (1 hour ) and atop with finely sliced spring onion.
