Did the 9-11 WOD today which consisted of 5 rounds of: • 16 Hand Release Push-ups • 9 Hang Power Cleans • 11 Front Squats Overall not a bad workout and a great way to remember those that will never be forgotten.
Had to modify my workout (12 min AMRAP of the above picture ), but I'd rather have a modified workout than no workout. Recovering takes a lot out of my pride. My back squat max out was 1 set of 10 reps at 85lbs today, which is great considering the situation but it's definitely punch to the gut. I'll get it back.

On June 24th we will be hosting a Mock Olympic Lifting meet. It will be judged and for those of you new to the sport you will have someone helping you plan out your lifts. This meet is open to all members as well as non members. The cost is $20 and we're only allowing 16 people.
